Privacy Policy

This policy describes what this website actually collects, where it goes, and how long it stays there. It was written against the running system rather than from a template, so it names the specific services involved.

The short version

01Who we are

NextgenCxSolutions LLC (trading as NextGen CX Solutions) is the controller of personal information collected through this website.

02What we collect, and only when

Nothing on this page is gathered in the background. Every item below is created by an action you take.

When you talk to Marie, the AI consultant

When you upload a document

The file is stored in a private Amazon S3 bucket that blocks all public access, and its contents are read so the assistant can answer questions about it. Please do not upload material you are not free to share — see the note under section 6.

When you submit a form

Depending on which form you use, we collect the fields it shows you. Across all forms these are: full name, work email, phone number, company, industry, current platform, services needed, primary challenge, project objective, budget range, target timeline, and — for a strategy session — preferred date, preferred time, time zone and meeting purpose.

A submission creates a case and a task in our Amazon Connect contact centre so a consultant picks it up, records a contact profile so we recognise you if you get in touch again, and sends you a confirmation email containing a reference number and a copy of what you submitted. That confirmation is sent from an unmonitored address and says so.

When you ask to speak to a person

Before connecting you, the assistant shows you a written summary of your enquiry and asks you to confirm or edit it. Nothing is passed to a human agent until you approve it. Once you do, that summary and your conversation are attached to the chat so the consultant does not make you repeat yourself.

03What we do not do

04What is stored in your browser

The site keeps a small amount of information on your own device to avoid losing your work. This is browser storage, not cookies: it is never transmitted to us automatically and is not readable by any other website.

05Who processes information on our behalf

We use a small number of service providers. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

ProviderWhat it does hereWhere
Amazon Web ServicesHosts the website; runs the AI consultant, document storage, the contact centre, case records and confirmation emailUnited States (N. Virginia and Oregon regions)
GoogleOur business email; also serves the two typefaces used on this siteUnited States

Because the typefaces are served by Google, your browser makes a request to Google's font servers when you load a page, and your IP address is visible to Google in that request. No other third party receives anything.

Information is processed in the United States. If you are contacting us from elsewhere, you are sending it to a US company and it will be handled there.

06How long we keep things

InformationRetention
Uploaded documentsDeleted automatically 90 days after upload
Technical logs from the chat and form servicesDeleted automatically after 30 days
Your first name and window preferenceHeld only in your browser tab; gone when you close it
Draft form contentHeld only on your device until you submit or clear it
Submitted enquiries — cases, tasks and contact profilesKept for as long as we are dealing with your enquiry and for our business and legal records afterwards. Deleted on request.
Email correspondenceKept in our business mailbox as a normal business record. Deleted on request.

Please do not send sensitive information. This site is a first point of contact, not a secure channel. Do not upload or type payment card numbers, government identifiers, health information, credentials, or confidential material belonging to someone else. If an engagement requires that kind of material, we will agree a secure route for it first.

07How it is protected

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. What we can say is that the controls above are configured and running, not aspirational.

08Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Email contact@nextgencxsolutionsllc.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm who you are before acting, so that we do not disclose your information to someone else.

We honour these requests for anyone who makes one, wherever you are, rather than only where a particular law requires it. If you are a California resident, note in particular that we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA, so there is nothing to opt out of.

You can also simply not use the chat or the forms. The rest of the site works without them, and reading it collects nothing.

09Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we will delete it.

10Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or who processes it, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be summarised here rather than quietly folded in.
